New School emceeing meets 90’s era R&B star imagery in this Boom Bap tale appropriately titled, “Creepy Scrubs.“ Convinced sets it off with a cleverly-placed opening verse filled with TLC album and single references like “you giving me the green light /i’m giving you the red light special /you a nurse but no scrubs are essential.” Chi-town Dirty Science emcee ADaD spits his verse in the form of a letter from a fan in love with a diva songstress. Meanwhile, L.E.S. Manhattan vet Punchline picks up where Convinced left off with an assist for the home stretch. As if the cut couldn't get any fresher than a high-top fade, Pomona City Crooner Skeem Price smoothly handles hook duties about riding out with the dame he’s had his “Left Eye” set on . The emotive new jack swing era horn sounds guide the hook well on this smash single produced by Southern California beatsmith, Sirplus for his LP slated for a 2017 release.
